I would say something like, “We just want to make sure that you are comfortable here with your responsibilities, and the work environment so that you can do the best job possible.We strive to be as efficient as possible in our work. Is there anything that we could do, or supply you that might allow you to do you work more accurately, or effectively”? We appreciate and encourage any suggestion that you might have. 2.

When an employee makes a thoughtful decision, you should never punish them for it.You may need to coach them and provide training and/ or information following the decision, but I feel that is wrong to damage your employees ‘s confidence, self-esteem , and trust by appearing unsupportive of their efforts. Trust is a necessary foundation for feeling good upon a person, cooperating with fellow co-workers, and experiencing teamwork within a group setting. Toya’s defensive attitude and “helper” self-concept affects the situation because of the mentor she is feeling the need to explain themselves and it focused on making Toya feel better instead of dealing with facts that she needs to pay more attention to certain details in her work. When a person becomes truly aware of themselves, they can become aware of outside stimuli like their physical and social surrounding.

This will allow a person to perceive situation and people in a more positive and realistic way of leading to more successful outcome. If a person feels good about themselves, they should present themselves as worthy. This results in more positive response from other people with whom they interact with. This results in a positive feedback loops.

Perceptions, beliefs, and attitudes that stem from high-quality self-concept, will positively affects one’s social and potentially community surroundings. Most people will either come out of a situation with a positive or negative concept of their surroundings. Poor communication in a group setting can cause one to have a poor perception of self one.
